To help us process your return smoothly, we kindly ask that the item meets these basic rules:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same good condition you received it.
- It must be tucked inside its original packaging with all original inserts.
- You need to provide a clear order number or purchase confirmation email.

3. Fast Verification & Your Money Back
- The moment your package makes its way back to our receiving depot, we will inspect it and shoot you an email right away.
- Once everything checks out, we will instantly trigger a full refund back to your original payment method.
- Your bank or credit card company usually takes 3 to 5 business days to process the credit and drop the money back into your account.

4. Fair Shipping Rules
- Unless we made a mistake (like sending the wrong item) or the product arrived genuinely damaged, you will be responsible for covering your own return shipping costs.
- Please note that any initial shipping charges paid at checkout cannot be refunded.

Items clearly marked as "Clearance" or digital gift cards are final and cannot be returned or refunded.
